    • Helped Product partners gain problem clarity early by conducting thorough literature reviews & user interviews, mapping systems current states with known user behaviors & customer sentiments, reducing discovery time by 2–3 months.
  • Developed a responsive design guideline, highlighting approaches to flexible layouts, documenting best practices to handle overflows, and introducing a new responsive typography system.
    • Improved awareness about accessibilities and shifted the organization's perspective from device-specific to responsive design, gaining more buy-in from extended leaderships and engineers to build for accessible products.

  • Led a smooth transition of the team's component library from Sketch to Figma, setting up typography styles and 50+ components with 90+ variants, enhancing productivity of the Design team and scalability of the library.
